You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all Intellectual Property Rights in and to your Content.
  • Your Content does not and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right, or (ii) violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Billing and Payments
